Few thoughts
Sustainability is an issue of great complexity that requires from us the disposition to be aware of our needs and to redifine them, change perceptions in order to reestablish the relation of nature and culture and suggest different ways of coexistence.
Art & Sustainability is an ongoing research project inspired by my practical working experience as an Engineer, an actor, and activist. It is enriched in theory by Sacha Kagan's book titled " Art & Sustainability - Connecting patterns for a culture of complexity"
Separating science from art, makes us weaker, poorer, less imaginative and more vulnerable to oppression.
I would like to
Build connections between scientists, artists and Activists in order to Empower, Motivate, Awaken, Inspire our selves through Art & Sustainability workshops, while investigating and proposing applications of resilience.
